Frost & Sullivan expands outsourcing engagement with CSS

CSS (Cybernet-SlashSupport) a global business and technology solutions provider has announced that Frost & Sullivan, a leading global growth consulting company, has expanded its outsourcing engagement with it.
CSS has been engaged with Frost and Sullivan in Consulting, Application Development & Maintenance and Technology Support work.
Commenting on the choice of (CSS) Cybernet-SlashSupport, David Frigstad, Chairman, Frost & Sullivan said, "We looked at many different options that included other offshore development vendors as well as commercial 'off the shelf' solutions. CSS understood our requirements better than any other outsourcing vendor. CSS offered a best in class solution encompassing IBM technologies, which was key to our decision making to outsource the development of our several applications including a newly improved global, web based project management system, a project we believe will ultimately help Frost & Sullivan drive productivity on a global scale at world class levels."

As part of the Expanding Engagement, CSS will help F&S develop a 360 degree project feedback module that will work with F&S’s project management application. In addition, CSS will develop solution that will equip F&S with the ability to leverage the information gained from its projects to spin off new projects called Leveraged IP. The offshore team at the CSS facility in Chennai will also develop IT solutions for F&S aimed at achieving more systems integration across applications.
CSS will also partner closely with the IT team of Frost & Sullivan in the US to help them automate their manual processes and help develop applications for HR, Finance, Operations and Administration departments.
On the benefits of this expanded engagement with CSS, David Frigstad said, "We expect to derive significant cost savings through process efficiency, reduction in effort and more timely KPI's for critical management decisions.
