CSS Targets European IMS market. Strikes strategic partnership with Dutch company for Netherlands expansion

Chennai, 29th November 2007: As part of its expansion in Europe, Cybernet- SlashSupport (CSS), a technology operations Management (TOM) company, has announced that it has struck a strategic partnership with Bergler ICT, a Netherlands based IT solutions company to provide Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) to Bergler’s European customers.
CSS provides strategic IT services to technology providers and enterprises including product/application design & development, Software Testing, Tech Support and Remote Infrastructure Management services. CSS has around 5000 employees working at its offshore facilities in Chennai and Coimbatore.
Bergler is a well established 25 year old Breda, Netherlands headquartered IT solutions company with special expertise in .NET, Java/J2EE, Oracle and Delphi to leading Government agencies, Banks, Pension funds, telecom providers and insurance companies in Europe.
As per the alliance, CSS will provide offshore based Tech Support and Infrastructure Management Services for Bergler’s European customers from its offshore operations in Chennai, India. CSS and Bergler will also jointly target new clients in the Benelux market. In order to facilitate this, Bergler has created an "Outsourcing" vertical as part of it service offerings.
